REIT Dividend Stocks 2026
REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) are required by law to distribute at least 90% of their taxable income as dividends, making them some of the highest-yielding stocks in the market. This list includes all REITs that currently pay dividends.
REITs provide investors with exposure to real estate — including office buildings, apartments, shopping centers, warehouses, data centers, and more — without the hassle of direct property ownership. Their high distribution requirements mean they typically offer yields well above the market average.
Keep in mind that REIT dividends are generally taxed as ordinary income rather than at the qualified dividend rate, which may affect their after-tax returns in taxable accounts.
